In UCD on March 2
I will be speaking in UCD on Thursday 2 March to researchers who are interested in applying for SFI funding. The talk will take place at 4pm. I don’t have a venue finalised yet, but will post it here when I do.
The talk is aimed primarily at young (or indeed not-so-young) non-funded researchers (including post-grads and post-docs) from UCD who want to seek funding over the next few years. I’m explicitly asking PIs (Principal Investigators) who are funded by SFI not to attend, so if you fall into the first category don’t worry about your boss being there.
Also worth mentioning is that although I work in ICT, my talk is pretty general, so if your work falls into the Bio Directorate, you’ll still get plenty of value from the talk (I hope).
